For today’s session, we revisited life drawing! It felt weird to be back as during the first tasks, I definitely lost that confidence I had last semester during the life drawing sessions. However, after a few warm ups I soon gained this confidence back and created interesting and experimental pieces of work.

For this life drawing session, Matt went behind a lot up curtain and posed with different props. This created interesting shadows which we were then told to draw using different mediums and creative approaches.

Overall, I feel like this session went well. Originally I was not looking forward to it as life drawing wasn’t my favourite, however, I definitely felt like I learned a lot about the different approaches I can make as well how I can pass this on to my own work.

Creating my storyboard

Creating my storyboard  Daisy Jackson / 18/03/022 Today I decided to brainstorm ideas for a storyboard. This storyboard would be contributing to my introduction to animation module so I had to make sure I understood the concept and the idea I was going for. Originally, my idea was going to be a more scenic animation - focusing on the surroundings and then narrating the death of Marie Curie’s husband Pierre. However, I decided to have a different approach to this idea.
